Show us your space

You send photos, a quick video walkthrough, and basic measurements of your space, plus any inspiration images or notes. This gives us a real view of how the space works today and what needs to change.

Step 02
Meet your designer

You meet one‑on‑one with your lead designer to talk about style, lifestyle, budget, and timeline. Together we define priorities, what success looks like, and which solution fits best – full design-build, residential, commercial, or consulting.

  • Clarify goals, rooms in scope, and how you use the space.
  • Align on style direction and level of investment.
  • Decide next steps and which service package is the best fit.
Step 03
See your space in 3D

We translate your brief into mood boards, layouts, and realistic 3D previews so you can see the design before any work starts. This is where you react, ask questions, and fine‑tune details until everything feels right.

  • Mood boards with colors, textures, and reference images.
  • Floor plan and layout updates for better flow and function.
  • 3D previews of key views so you can visualize the final result.
Step 04
Receive the complete plan

Once the design is approved, you receive a complete package – materials and finishes, furniture and lighting selections, and a specification list to execute with your contractor or trusted partners.

  • Final mood boards and 3D views for reference.
  • Detailed specifications and shopping lists for approved items.
  • Clear next steps so you can move into execution with confidence.
