Avondale Penthouse Interior
A warm modern penthouse designed for elevated everyday living, where soft neutrals, rich wood tones, and sculptural details create a calm, refined home. The double-height living room is anchored by a dramatic fireplace feature wall and custom built-ins, while the deep green kitchen cabinetry adds depth and character to the open-concept layout.
ITECTDESIGN is a boutique interior design-build studio crafting high-end residential and commercial interiors around the way you live and work.
Each project blends mood boards, 3D previews, and curated materials so every detail feels intentional.
“Our goal was to make the double-height space feel intimate and welcoming, balancing clean lines with warm wood, layered textures, and a few bold moments like the fireplace wall and the deep green kitchen.”
Stephanie Awad, Lead Designer
